JIMECA may use cookies when a User browses the portal’s sites and web pages, that are only associated with the browser of a specific computer (an anonymous User), and do not provide the User’s name and surname themselves. It is thanks to the cookies, that JIMECA can recognize the registered Users’ browsers after they have registered for the first time, without having to register at every visit to access the areas and services reserved exclusively for them. The cookies used can not read the cookie files created by other suppliers. The User has the possibility to configure his/her browser to be notified on screen of the reception of cookies and prevent the installation of cookies on his/her hard drive. To exercise these rights and in compliance with Instruction 1/1998, dated January 19th, of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, you need to prove your identity to JIMECA by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Document or any other official document.

Safety Measures.

JIMECA has adopted the safety levels and measures for the protection of personal data by installing, in its systems and files, the technical measures needed to ensure the confidential treatment of the data, prevent its loss, alteration and unauthorized access, all in accordance with the requirements established in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on the Protection of Personal Data and in the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21st, which approves the Development Regulation of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on the Protection of Personal Data.

Acceptance and Consent.

The User declares to having been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of the same by JIMECA, in the form and for the purposes indicated in the informative clauses present in each of the sections in which personal data can be collected.
